Our Platform as I am YOUR Candidate
As a candidate for Mayor, I am honored to have the opportunity to speak to you today about my vision for our small town. My campaign is built on the belief that we can work together to help preserve Justin for all of us, and our future generations to come.
I believe that our city is a place of opportunity, managed growth, and expanding landscapes, and that if we can build upon our strengths, we can create a brighter future for ourselves and our families. I am committed to working with all members of our community to ensure that Justin remains a warm welcoming place for both families, and small businesses.
My platform is focused on Four key priorities: promoting economic growth, strengthening public safety, improving our infrastructure, and enacting plans to build community unity. These are the building blocks to preserve our small town, and I believe that by working together, we can make meaningful progress on each of these fronts.
I am committed to promoting economic growth in Justin by attracting new businesses and industries to our city, and by supporting our local entrepreneurs and small business owners. This means investing in our infrastructure, providing incentives for businesses to locate here, and creating new job opportunities for our residents.
I am committed to strengthening public safety by working with our police department, first responders, and community organizations to ensure that our streets and neighborhoods are safe and secure. This includes addressing issues such as drug abuse, domestic violence, and crime prevention, as well as bringing focus to growing traffic issues.
I am committed to improving our infrastructure by continuing the investment in our roads and parks and by working to address issues that will arise with our growth. This means working with local, county, and State agencies to secure funding and resources for these projects, as well as involving the community in the decision-making processes.
Last and absolutely not least, I know that the majority of us moved to Justin, Texas because we fell in love with the small town charm that is Justin Texas. I know that as we see the lands around our town sold off to developers, that we find ourselves concerned that the things that we either grew up here with, or that drew us here, are dissolving. Growth is upon us, land is being sold to developers, and we have zero choice but to find beneficial ways to work with them. But we do not have to lose the very things that I believe make for a small town. By doing things as friends and neighbors and growing our community unity, we can save what truly makes a small town, and its citizens... family.
In closing, I want to thank you for your time and consideration. I believe that together, we can build a brighter future for Justin, and I am committed to working tirelessly to make that vision a reality. As your Mayor, I will be a champion for our city, and I will work tirelessly to ensure that every voice is heard, and every opportunity to be heard is available to all. Thank you.
